When should I submit my referral?
Submit the referral form before the person you are referring contacts or visits Team E-Z Auto. This allows our team to record the referral properly from the beginning. Referrals submitted after the customer has already contacted the dealership may not qualify for a reward.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Eligible rewards are issued after the referred customer completes a qualifying vehicle transaction and Team E-Z Auto verifies that all current program requirements have been met. Processing times and delivery methods may vary depending on the reward and program terms.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. You may submit referrals for multiple friends, relatives, or coworkers. Each referral must independently meet the Team E-Z Auto program requirements before a reward can be issued. Unless the current program terms state otherwise, only one referral reward is available for each qualifying vehicle transaction.
Will my referral pay more for a vehicle because I referred them?
No. A referral reward does not increase or otherwise change the referred customer's vehicle price or financing terms. Team E-Z Auto handles any eligible referral reward separately after the vehicle transaction is completed and all program requirements have been verified.
Can I submit a referral after someone has contacted Team E-Z Auto?
Referrals should be submitted before the person contacts or visits Team E-Z Auto. Submitting the form early allows our team to document the referral before the vehicle selection and financing process begins. A referral submitted after contact has already occurred may not be eligible for a reward.
Can an active Team E-Z Auto customer participate?
Yes. Active Team E-Z Auto customers may submit qualifying referrals. Depending on the current program structure, an eligible reward may be issued as an account credit or through another approved method. The customer's account may need to be current and in good standing when the reward is processed.
Can more than one person receive credit for the same referral?
Only one person may be recognized as the referring party for each qualifying vehicle transaction. If duplicate referrals are submitted, Team E-Z Auto will review its records to determine which eligible referral was received first and whether the program requirements were satisfied.
Can the referral program rules or rewards change?
Yes. Team E-Z Auto may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Friends and Family Rewards program, including its eligibility requirements and reward structure. All referrals are subject to the program terms in effect when the qualifying vehicle transaction is completed and verified by the dealership.
